Usually, the impact of the projects in the environment is no straightforward, being the results far from having a direct measurable effect. However, the improvement in the manufacturing processes and the new aircraft engines design can contribute significantly to the environmental impact in the mid-term. Moreover, the environmental impact is also present during the project development, in order to improve the current situation or at least not aggravating it.
